I’ve been taking the prenatal vitamins since October 2022 when I got pregnant (& still taking now while breastfeeding) and it’s the best. Makes me feel great, and it’s the top prenatal that I trust taking. I would recommend it over and over

The best prenatal!

During my first trimester, the giant horse prenatals prescribed by my doctor almost made me toss my cookies on more than one occasion. That lasted about a week before I turned to Twenty2 Nutrition who I knew I could depend on! I loved that they have a full list of ingredients including the form of the vitamin or mineral! So important!! The horse pills I was initially given didn't even have an ingredient list. During the first trimester when my nausea was at an all time high, I would split the four pills up taking two in the morning and two in the afternoon. My body seemed to tolerate this better. Now that the extreme nausea has passed, I take all four with breakfast or lunch. I did notice that if I took them with dinner I didn't sleep as well that night, I am assuming this is due to the vitamin B. So if you are having issues sleeping try switching to an earlier time!

My multivitamin

I take this is a regular multivitamin (I’m not pregnant nor trying to get pregnant) but I can appreciate how clean and comprehensive the ingredients are and it feels good to fuel my body with T2N! Will definitely buy again.

So far so good!

I got these to support my body while I'm on OCPs. I haven't necessarily noticed a difference but wasn't looking for one either. It's convenient to find a vitamin that addresses a lot of the common deficiencies that can happen while on birth control so I'm pretty happy!
