Our carefully crafted and unique Collagen Egg protein is comprised of collagen peptides sourced from pasture-raised, grass-fed bovine hides and whole eggs to create a complete amino acid profile to support internal and external health. Collagen in and of itself, is not a complete protein which is why we added whole eggs to bridge that gap. This delicious blend of collagen and egg is sweetened with stevia and monk fruit and you can drink it by itself, add into smoothies, oatmeal, yogurt parfaits etc. The sky is the limit! With 20 grams of protein per serving, this product is a great source of protein while benefiting hair, skin, joints, and bone health.

Collagen
- Collagen is the amino acid make up of connective tissues. It is the most abundant protein in the human body.
- It is responsible for several biological functions, one of which is to provide structural support in connective tissues, muscle, skin, hair and nails.
- Our bodies naturally make collagen but over time this production lessens and you sometimes need additional supplementation to get the amino acids glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline from our diets.
- The body requires the additional amino acid Glycine during pregnancy. Glycine is needed for the synthesis of fetal DNA and collagen. Your baby is developing bones, connective tissues, organs, and skin. Your body is also dependent on additional Glycine for the growth of the placenta, uterus, and stretching skin. *
Egg
- Egg protein has just the right mix of essential amino acids needed by humans to build tissues.
- Excellent source of Vitamins and Minerals by containing Vitamin A, Vitamins B-2, B-12, B-5, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Biotin, Folate, Choline, Iodine, Iron, Antioxidants Lutein and Zeaxanthin, Phosphorus, and Selenium.
- Contains DHA and omega-3 fat which reduces inflammation, reduces heart disease risk and supports muscle recovery. *

- Egg also is an amazing food for pregnancy as DHA helps with brain development. Choline and folate are also critical for normal brain development and preventing neural tube defects. *
- Worried about cholesterol? Research has disproven dietary cholesterol increases risk of heart disease. In fact, the more dietary cholesterol you consume, the less your body makes. It has a negative feedback loop. *
- Proline found in egg whites also support collagen production.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
It's a protein powder that combines two complementary sources: collagen peptides and whole egg protein. Collagen is the most abundant structural protein in the body, found in your joints, tendons, ligaments, skin, hair, and nails. Egg protein is a complete, highly bioavailable protein with a full amino acid profile. Together, they cover both structural support and muscle recovery in a single formula — something a standard whey or plant protein can't do on its own.
Yes. Collagen on its own is not a complete protein — it's missing certain essential amino acids. That's why we paired it with whole egg protein, which fills those gaps. Together, they provide all nine essential amino acids your body needs for muscle recovery, tissue repair, and daily protein intake.
Most protein powders focus on muscle alone. This formula does that, but it also delivers collagen peptides that nourish your joints, connective tissue, skin, hair, and nails — areas that standard whey or plant proteins don't address. It's a dual-purpose formula built for how your whole body moves, not just how you train.
Collagen-only supplements are incomplete proteins. They can support joint and skin health, but they don't provide enough of the right amino acids to support muscle recovery. By combining collagen with egg protein in one formula, you get the structural benefits of collagen plus the muscle-building amino acids — including roughly 2.2g of leucine per serving — without needing two separate products.
This formula fits best for people who want a protein that works beyond the gym — those focused on joint health, active recovery, skin and hair health, or simply meeting daily protein needs in a formula that's easy on digestion. It's a solid daily option on training days, rest days, and everything in between.
Timing is flexible. Post-workout works well for muscle recovery. In the morning — mixed into coffee or a smoothie — it's an easy daily habit that covers both protein and collagen needs. You can also use it between meals or as part of a recipe. Because the benefits of collagen build with consistent use, the best time is simply the time you'll stick to every day.
It depends on what you're using it for. Muscle recovery benefits tend to be felt relatively quickly with consistent use. Skin, hair, and nail changes from collagen take longer — most people notice a difference after 4–8 weeks of daily use. Joint support builds over time as well. Consistency matters more than timing, so the best approach is making it a daily habit and sticking with it.
Yes. This formula is dairy-free and soy-free, making it a good option for those who are sensitive to dairy or looking to avoid it. It's naturally sweetened with no artificial flavors or colors.
Yes, and it works well. The formula mixes smoothly into warm and cold liquids, making it easy to fold into oatmeal, yogurt, pancake batter, or baked recipes without changing texture significantly. Some popular uses include overnight oats, protein waffles, muffins, and smoothie bowls. It's a simple way to increase protein in meals without adding a separate shake.
mixes well, tastes good my favorite protein so far
Really like the taste and since using collagen my hair and nails have grown so much
The BEST tasting protein!! Mixes easy, love this protein:)
I am so bummed the chocolate is out of stock. I found this protein a little over a year ago and the chocolate is hands down the best. I ran out and had to get the vanilla and It’s devastating to say they aren’t even comparable. The vanilla protein has a pretty strong smell when you open it (not good) and the flavor is just not it. I’ve yet to find a protein my gut handles as well as this so am waiting on bated breath for the chocolate to come back in stock.
Mixes very well and tastes great. Never any clumping with even just a shaker bottle. I’ve used this protein with greens as well as creatine. Great with both or alone.
