This band is perfect for anything assisted - pull-ups or dips. Again, really can't emphasize enough the quality of these bands. I've tried others that stretch out way too quickly or the rubber starts to disintegrate. Not the case with this line of bands!
I love this band. I’m 9 months pp csection and finally feel comfortable trying pull ups with this band. I tried unassisted and was unsuccessful. I also love that it has a positive affirmation on it. Gives you the push and encouragement you need some days!
