Our refreshing electrolyte drink is for everyone! Whether you’re an avid runner, partake in races, gym goer or someone who tends to sweat a lot, this product is for you. This electrolyte drink can be used as a pre-workout or intra-workout drink to help sustain energy and re-hydrate you. Throw it in your water jug and take it with you.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding safe. Please note there is caffeine so always consult with your doctor first.

Ingredients

Vitamin C

  • Water soluble essential nutrient which means it needs to be consumed in your diet.
  • Current research suggests its important role in the antioxidant system and minimizing disease risk. *
  • Found in fruits and green vegetables.
  • Needed for bone structure, iron absorption, skin integrity and immune function.

Vitamin B6

  • Water soluble vitamin which means it needs to be consumed in your diet.
  • Found naturally in many food sources such as fish, beef liver, potatoes and starchy vegetables.
  • Plays a vital role in metabolism and is involved in over 100 enzyme reactions in our body.
  • Aids in the breakdown of glycogen into glucose and production of glucose and neurotransmitters.
  • Plays a role in cognitive development. *
  • Can help alleviate pregnancy nausea and vomiting. *

Vitamin B12

  • Largest of the B water soluble vitamins.
  • Involved in many metabolic processes such as DNA syntheses, red blood cell production and maintaining appropriate neurological production. *

  • Found in fortified grains, shellfish, fish, beef and dairy.

Magnesium

  • Is a mineral that is involved in over 300 biochemical reactions dealing with metabolism from digestion support to nervous system activity and protein synthesis. *

  • Helps assist in the ion channels that regulate calcium and potassium flux across the membrane barrier. *

Potassium

Odd Review but much Needed

I’m not the one to write many reviews, but when I tell you that I was hungover (not the healthiest choice) and I was able to workout, replenish my electrolytes and combined with the preworkout… I was unstoppable. This combined with the blueberry preworkout had me focused (say no more to brain fog), feeling my mind and body connections during my workout?! I mean I’ve taken many different energy drinks, even pedialyte after a night of fun. Definitely recommend.
